You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped. Once your cancellation request is received and processed, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that it may take 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution's processing time.
To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible with your order number. We cannot guarantee cancellation of orders that have already entered the shipping process. If your order has already been shipped, you may return it following our standard return policy upon receipt.
We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, with all original packaging and tags intact. You must also provide the original receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and will inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Please note that certain items are non-returnable, including perishable goods, personalized items, and products marked as final sale. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Once your return is approved, your refund will be processed to the original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies. Typically, refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned items.
If you returned an item because of our error (e.g., incorrect or defective item), we will refund the full purchase price plus applicable taxes and the original shipping charges. For returns initiated for other reasons, only the item price will be refunded.
Please note that sale items are only eligible for store credit unless the return is due to our error. Store credits never expire and can be used for future purchases on our website.
If you haven't received your refund within the expected timeframe, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is reflected in your account.
If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us with your order number and details about when you returned the item. We will investigate the matter and work with our payment processor to resolve any issues. In rare cases where a refund cannot be processed to your original payment method, we may issue store credit or arrange an alternative refund method.
