The slipped stitch pattern peaks resemble the evergreen tree tops you’ll find there, as well as the winged inhabitants.

4mm / US 6 DPNs or circular needle for magic loop method, or size needed to obtain gauge
3.25mm / US 3 DPNs or circular needle for magic loop method

Darning needle
4 stitch markers (1 for hat and for cowl, 4 for mitts)

Gauge:
20 sts and 32 rows to 10cm / 4in in pattern using 4mm needles
